Counter sales and Customer Service Representative

Comspan Communications is looking for fun energetic individuals who like technology and working with customers.

The right candidate possesses the following skills

  • Ability to Interact with and  “Wow” customers face to face in a retail setting
  • Answer phones and provide sales, service and billing support to inbound callers in a friendly helpful manner
  • Take clear and concise notes and be diligent at pertinent record keeping
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and follow established priorities
  • Take payments in person and over the phone.
  • Efficiently use the Microsoft office suite including outlook, word, excel and power point and be willing to learn other proprietary computer programs
  • Attend Chamber of commerce meetings and other civic functions as company representative
  • Be excited about learning new things and discussing them with customers
  • Call back customers who have asked to be called back (no outbound telemarketing)
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Plan and host company promotional events at our store and at nearby locations such as fairs, charity events and festivals
  • Must have Oregon driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Typical Hours are 8 AM-5PMM-F but may require occasional nights and weekends for special events
  • Keep Retail store clean, organized and decorated
  • Be creative, innovative and excited about representing Comspan in the community
